Hey all,

Sorry for the recent lack of blogs at the end of each week. I have
been busy, away on a short holiday and a little forgetful on my part.

Anyway…. the last 2 weeks I have been up to a few little things
that I shall quickly mention. Last week I spent a couple days up in Yorkshire
with my brother and father, staying with some family friends, allowing for some
relaxing, time away from computers and their problems!

I took a load of black and white photo’s whilst there and will be
uploading them to my facebook later this week after processing them so I will
include a link to them next time!

I went to see the Inbetweeners film Wednesday and although I have
not seen all of the series all the way through, it was very, very funny!
Perhaps a little rude and crude at times but that is what the Inbetweeners has
always been about so it just added to laughs and I can safely say the whole
cinema was laughing right the way through too! (more…)

Hi all,

Not a lot to report on this time around, been struggling with the tutorial I have been creating for the next in my WordPress series with both time and content related issues but soon, soon I hope to have it finished and uploaded!

Went and saw the Captain America Film this week. Enjoyed it, a good cast and story but seemed to lack in something I can’t quite put my finger on, it wasn’t bad by any means but still.. However it was well worth staying about right until the end (almost everyone else in the cinema had left ha just after the final credits) where a trailer for the Avengers film due out next year (May 2012 I think?) which looks fantastic!! Hey!

It’s been a week of milestones, end of era’s and general fun! Apologies for this slightly late blog (usually posted on Friday’s) but I went to see the new and final Harry Potter film this Sunday just gone (17/07/2011) and wanted to wait in order to blog about it before the end of the following week (this week!).

Right, sooooo milestones. I recently tweeted my 1000th tweet…. ok so not that impressive or beneficial but to me there is something about passing that mark that I feel needs noting. I guess its because there have been 1000 tweets containing 140 characters (or slightly less) about things I’ve done, seen, replied to, retweeted, mentioned and been a part of. Twitter has been around since March, 2006 – 5 years now but that’s still a relatively short period of time considering it now handles well over a 350 million tweets a day and somewhere in those millions of tweets is a part of my day, what I’m doing, reading, watching etc its all there…. Hey all,

Its been an interesting week. If you read last weeks blog (here), then you will know I was just about to go and see the Hangover Part 2 at the cinema after I finished writing up that post. It was very funny, well it was the same kind of funny as the first one just a different location (Bangkok). There were some rather… cringy scenes…. I won’t say, you’ll just have to go and see it yourself but overall I found it funny and a good film.

I spent the weekend doing very little, a bit of web work and also a shift at my part-time work (Tesco’s) too. Monday I went over to a friends for a BBQ and couple of drinks. Was a good night (nearly for all ha) with a film to end the night off Tuesday I went out for a meal with friends at ended up drinking again, going to the only club in the town/area I live called Thursdays……. Put it this way….. if there are enough of you to go and you’ve had a few to drink first at the pub/bar etc then its usually alright haha. Wednesday, I went and saw Bad Teacher with my brother and two friends. It wasn’t the best film I’ve seen but had a good few laughs plus starred Jason Segel (How I Met Your Mother) as a gym teacher so that made it more enjoyable to watch! Thursday was a slower day with just work (Tesco’s) in the evening and today I’ve just done a few bits of web work, watched a load of NCIS (really gotten into it now!!) and just come back in from a lovely meal out with some good friends and my brother.
